Property Owners Association (POA)
The POA is an important part of the Sky Harbor experience. The Association's responsibilities include
- maintenance, repair and snow removal for the 35 miles of private, interior paved roads
- mowing and trash pick-up along the roadways
- maintenance of the club house, Sky Harbor Lodge
- electric street lights throughout the community.
The POA elects its board members each year in August. Throughout the year Sky Harbor committees look for members who are willing to serve to better Sky Harbor. As with all property owners associations, Sky Harbor POA is always looking for community-minded people to serve. If you would like to become involved, please contact the board at email@example.com

Sky Harbor Lodge
Sky Harbor Lodge is a perfect cabin to rent for events or overnight stays. Cabin sleeps 24 people.
Attention Property Owners and Contractors.
In accordance with Sky Harbor POA CCR's, all construction must be approved by the Sky Harbor Architectural Comittee. Please complete Sky Harbor Building and Plan Approval Form and email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Anyone interested in bidding for SHPOA Maintenance Contract and/or SHPOA Snow & Ice Removal Management Contract, see Request for Proposals on Documents page. Bids must be received prior to July 20, 2019.
